Each panel below is the same journey with a different optional-card treatment: the layout choice (A / B / C) is with the Clinical team. Existing step descriptions are verbatim from the live portal; new steps (14, 15, 20, and CGM step 8) carry drafted copy. The patient books or skips an optional visit; skipping is final and always keeps the journey moving.
Step 1 keeps today's live pending-banner pattern (amber) for contrast - optional cards are deliberately calmer. Copy on the cards is the decided set from the language board below.
