The full NEW CMB/GLP-1 journey (21 steps, exact order from the patient-engagement-implementation-plan-and-ideas Doc, repo master §CMB/GLP-1), rendered in the live CMB journey panel style (my.dev, patient "new mes test", EBI CMB C5, recon Aug 26). Optional visits sit INLINE at their journey positions - step 15 (Dietitian visit #3, month 7) and step 17 (Health Coach visit #4, month 10) - never in a separate section. Each panel below is the same journey with a different optional-card treatment. Existing step descriptions are verbatim from the live portal; new steps (14, 15, 20, and CGM step 8) carry drafted copy.
Ruling (Aug 26): NO countdown on optional cards. Ruling (Aug 26): NO separate "optional" section - optional steps stay inline in journey order. Ruling (Aug 27): variants B + C dropped; badge G1 + buttons B1 CHOSEN; Skip is FINAL (no un-skip) and requires a confirmation dialog; L copy still open.Layouts mix and match with the copy IDs in the language board at the bottom. Step 1 keeps today's live pending-banner pattern (amber) for contrast - optional cards are deliberately calmer.
Skipped reuses the journey's dimmed style; admin skip on the patient's behalf produces the identical state. Booked joins the standard appointment lifecycle.
| G - badge on the title row: G1 CHOSEN (Andriy, Aug 27) - all journeys | ||
|---|---|---|
| G1 CHOSEN | Optional | Plain and instantly scannable; applies to every journey's optional visits. |
| G2 | Optional visit | Not chosen. |
| G3 | Your choice | Not chosen. |
| G4 | Extra support | Not chosen. |
| B - button pair: B1 CHOSEN (Andriy, Aug 27) | ||
|---|---|---|
| B1 CHOSEN | Book visit / Skip | Matches the existing "Book visit" label; shortest. |
| B2 | Book visit / Skip this visit | Not chosen. |
| B4 | Book for extra support / I'm good, skip | Not chosen. |
| L - guidance line under the title: OPEN, pick pending | ||
|---|---|---|
| L1 * | This visit is optional. It's here if you'd like extra support - skipping it won't hold up your journey. | The meeting's own framing, patient-polished. |
| L2 | An extra visit, only if you want it. Your journey moves on either way. | Shortest; leads with agency. |
| L3 | Here if you need extra support. Not a blocker - book it or skip it, totally your call. | Closest to the meeting verbatim; most casual tone. |
| L4 | You've come a long way. One more session is here if you want it - or skip it and keep going. | Celebratory tone; reads better on step 17 than step 15. |
| S - skipped-state line | ||
|---|---|---|
| S1 | You skipped this optional visit. | Neutral record. |
| S2 | Skipped - your journey moved on. | Confirms no penalty. |
| S3 * | Skipped. Your care team is still here whenever you need them. | Keeps the door open without promising a re-book; works for admin skip too. |
Ruling (Andriy, Aug 27): the dialog confirms the patient is sure they don't need the extra support, and makes clear the visit cannot be booked again. No reversibility. Three copy options - Keep is rendered as the primary (safe default) with Skip as the quiet action; swap the emphasis if product prefers.
